Norvestor IX SCSp 已簽署協(xié)議，從 Embron Group AS 收購 Norautron。

本次交易尚需獲得相關競爭監(jiān)管機構的常規(guī)批準，預計不晚于2026年1月完成。

Norvestor acquires leading Nordic full-service EMS company Norautron
Norvestor IX SCSp (“Norvestor”) has signed an agreement to acquire Norautron from Embron Group AS. Headquartered in Horten, Norway and with deep roots in the regional electronics cluster, Norautron is a long-standing and trusted partner for many blue-chip companies across the Nordics, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the US. The Broch family, through Embron, will continue as a minority shareholder following the transaction.
As a high-end specialty electronics manufacturing services (“EMS”) company, Norautron partners with customers throughout the lifecycle of their products, from new product introduction and prototyping through to full-scale manufacturing.
With state-of-the-art prototyping and manufacturing facilities in Norway, Sweden, Poland, China, and Malaysia, Norautron offers customers flexibility and capacity to meet their specific requirements across sectors such as maritime & ocean, electricity & energy, industry, connectivity & computing, healthcare, and defence & aerospace.

Norautron had revenues of approximately NOK 2.5 billion in 2024 and has more than 1,000 employees across its 6 offices and manufacturing sites.
The transaction is subject to customary approval from relevant competition authorities and is expected to be completed no later than January 2026.
